Dodgen Mobile Technologies can build models on the 3500 cutaway or 4500 cutaway chassis. These trucks are available in either gasoline or diesel models. The 3500 is rated for 12,300 lbs. GVWR, and the 4500 is rated for 14,200 lb. GVWR. For models built on Chevrolet, Dodgen is limited to a maximum length of 27 feet.

Dodgen can build models from 21’ to 23’ on Ford Econoline E350 cutaway chassis, rated up to 12,500 lbs. gross vehicle weight rating.

Beyond 23’, Dodgen turns to the Ford E450 cutaway chassis for models 24’ to 29’ in length and rated at 14,500 lbs. GVWR. Both Econoline trucks are only available with gasoline engines.

For heavy duty models or for models where diesel engines are preferred, Dodgen uses either the F-450 cab chassis (16,500 GVWR) or the F-550 cab chassis (18,000 or 19,500 lb. GVWR). Factory 4-wheel drive and many other features are available on the F-series truck.

Bumper Hitch & Gooseneck Trailers

Dodgen Mobile Technologies can build either bumper hitch or gooseneck hitch trailers. Dodgen purchases a mild steel enclosed frame with outer aluminum skin, and each frame is built to our specifications by a local firm. Then Dodgen completes the rest of the trailer using similar materials and techniques as used in our motorized product line of vehicles.

Dodgen Mobile Technologies works with a variety of truck and trailer chassis to meet your commercial vehicle needs. We use Ford, Chevrolet, and Freightliner truck chassis for our vehicle models. Because our fiberglass is tooled to fit these trucks exactly onto and over the cab, we are unable to fit our bodies to other truck brands, or other truck models made by these companies for markets outside of the United States & the Canadian Territories. Further these truck engines are built to only operate on fuels (gasoline/petrol or Ultra-Low Sulphur Diesel (a.k.a. ULSD) which are refined for sale in the U.S. to meet the latest U.S. Emission standards.Because of these reasons Dodgen Mobile Technologies only markets to agencies and individuals in the 50 U.S. States, its territories and Canadian Territories where warranty and service are available for the truck chassis.  Dodgen Mobile Technologies Trailers are available only in the 50 United States and its territories.
