Dodgen's sales staff stand ready to discuss your ideal vehicle or trailer that will suit your specific needs. 

 

Working with our CAD drafting department we will layout a floorplan to meet your wishes and once it is perfected to your needs, we will proceed to writing up an order.  When your signed order and down payment arrive, we will then begin the production process.

Personalized Drawings

 

Every Dodgen Mobile Technologies vehicle or trailer have their own specific drawings. Once your preliminary floorplan has been decided, our CAD department prepares final drawings for your review and approval. The drawings then follow the unit throughout each of the building process steps to ensure your unique design is carried through.

Purchasing Supplies & Equipment...

Individualized Orders Require Individualized Supplies

 

Each vehicle or trailer built by Dodgen Mobile Technologies is built to individualized custom specifications meeting the owner's specific needs. This specialized construction requires ordering components specific to each order.  Our Purchasing Department is knowledgable in all of our vehicle models and are prepared to meet each order's needs when orders are placed for supplies and equipment to complete each of our customers orders.

Fiberglass Production...

Fiberglass Fabricators

 

Each vehicle produced has a fiberglass body that is produced in our Fiberglass Fabricators department.  All fiberglass body skirting, doors, etc. are also produced in our Fiberglass Fabricators department. All body molds are designed and produced at our location also.

Cabinet Masters...

Interior Cabinetry

 

All commercial vehicle and trailer models and Mobility RV model cabinets are produced in our Cabinet Masters department. Using state of the art equipment, our cabinets are superior and are completely assembled at our location.

Chassis Prep...

Preparing for the addition of the vehicle body

 

The addition of tank brackets, inverter, wiring, mounting tanks and adding electric, heated mirrors are all done in the Chassis Prep stage.

Team Construction...

Teams of (4) Specialized Members

 

Each team member specializes in a certain area of production. Each team is responsible for start to finish construction of the vehicle or trailer once it leaves Chassis Prep and the production process begins.  Using cabinets from our Cabinet Masters, superior quality products and supplies and any special purchase equipment and items, the production process moves along very smoothly.

Quality Control...

Extreme Care in Quality Checks and Balances

 

Dodgen Mobile Technologies takes pride in the extreme measures taken to ensure only quality Commercial units are produced.  From testing of the included components and equipment to the final cleaning, excellence is expected. 

Water Test...

Rigorous Water Test

 

Every unit produced at Dodgen Mobile Technologies goes through an extended water test which shoots water on all sides, top and bottom of each unit.  During this test, an employee is inside the unit and checking every cabinet, corner, etc. for any water leakage.

Paperwork, Checkout...

Customers Receive their Vehicle/Trailer

 

Titlework, final payment, vehicle checkout and adding new owner information to our owner's database are all that remains after production.  Our title clerk will work with you as your unit is in production to arrange all of the necessary paperwork for titles, etc.  Your vehicle/trailer checkout is done in our Checkout Bay or at your location if you select delivery as an option. During your checkout, you will learn all about the unit and how to run everything from the air conditioner to the generator.  

Sub Assembly...

Suspension, Framing, Leveling

 

Preparation for the addition of optional equipment: HWH Leveling System; Liquid Springs; Super Springs, etc.  Extension of the truck frame if needed and building cross members for framing is also done in Sub Assembly.
